Srajan Nawal is a financial professional at heart and he looks into the financial and operational vertical at F1RST Inspiration. Srajan has done an MBA in Supply Chain Management from NarseeMonjee College and also heads a logistics start-up where he is the CEO of the company and has a major role in expanding the business and ensure operational efficiency of the business.

Srajan has worked diligently on this start-up and ensured the business is into operational profits from Day One. He specializes in business structuring, accounting and process implementation. At F1rst Srajan looks into the Management Consulting and Audit & Assurance. He strongly believes that Finance and Accounts are Heart of an organisation and are often not given the due importance and he wishes to change that through his ideas and work. He also wants to make the younger generation learn the importance of finance management and money management for which he will be conducting a variety of online and offline sessions and is working on developing a model where education becomes more fun and interactive and in the process is more vocational.

He is a start-up enthusiast and wishes to help the start-ups around him through his inputs. Because of his expertise and interest in the start-up ecosystem he has helped a variety of start-ups in process implementation and setting up SOPs. Srajan is a workaholic but when he is not working, he is busy eating cupcakes and preaching his start-up ideas to his friends.

Asha Maheshwari has done her Masters in commerce with a varied experience in financial control & accounting, business strategy and planning and financial analysis. Self-motivated finance professional with a strong business centric approach specialising in financial planning & strategy, P&L management, compliance, treasury, tax, finance with experience in Education, Logistics & Real Estate Industry.

Asha has a strong understanding of customer facing businesses, particularly in the Indian-subcontinent market, with commercial acumen. Asha is fond of cooking, travelling and dancing.

Rajinder Bhatla

Rajinder is Interior Designer by profession and has done some prolific work over the years. At F1rst she uses her creative intellect to design training modules and the programme structures. Rajinder through her expertise in business management helps F1RST in developing new clients and is responsible for devising new marketing campaigns.
